We built this because a finance inbox broke a good team

Radlabs Technologies is an AI consulting and product studio working across the UK and India, led by Navinder (Nav) Kaplish. We build NexaSI for finance teams.

Where the name comes from

NexaSI ends in SI, for super intelligence. Finance operations are not short of software; they are short of judgment applied at scale. Reading every email, checking every invoice against the ledger, the bank and the approval trail, every night, is more checking than a team can do by hand.

That is the work NexaSI takes on, so the judgment that is left is the kind only your team can make. It is a product of Radlabs.

Reading invoices is the easy part. The hard part is the checking, and catching what slips between the systems.

Where it started

  1. UK · accounts payable

    Two people, one shared inbox

    A UK property maintenance company asked us to fix their accounts payable. Their finance team was two people. Over a single weekend, more than 200 emails could land in the shared inbox: invoices, reminders, approval chains, and now and then a legal notice.

  2. What we found

    The checking was the job

    Reading invoices turned out to be the easy part. The hard part was checking each one against the approval tool, the job system and the ledger, and catching what slipped between them. That checking is what NexaSI does.

    Then the other side of the ledger

    We then built the receivables side for a growing services business in India, where the truth about each unpaid invoice was buried in thousands of email threads, bank lines and gateway settlements.
