This website is run by Radlabs Technologies. For anything about your data, email sales@radlabs.tech.
What we collect
When you apply for the founding programme or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, role, country, accounting system, invoice volume and any message you write.
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to discuss the founding programme. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that host this website and receive form submissions on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act where it applies, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month. In the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Data in our product
Customer data processed by NexaSI itself is covered by a separate data processing agreement, signed with each customer. See AI and your data for how we handle it.
